Fits 1982 to 1995 Ford; Lincoln and Mercury C4 automatic transmissions. Uses a 157 tooth ring gear and a 10.5 inch bolt pattern. Compatible with 302 cid engines. Has 50.0 in oz. external balance weight. Special application.
